WaterGuard
Interior perimeter drains are good insurance in new construction, and the best solution for retrofits. The WaterGuard  drainage channel is placed on top of the footing to collect water that leaks in through the basement walls and channeled to a sump pump. The WaterGuard footing drain is then covered with concrete, except for a small gap behind a flange that allows the waterproofing system to drain any incidental leakage from the basement wall.

SuperSump
Most Basement Waterproofing Systems rely on a sump pump as the final mechanism to get the water out of the basement. The sump pump is the heart of the system. If the heart stops for any reason, your basement gets flooded despite all the money you paid to dry it up. The patented SuperSump sump pump includes standard features that help make it one of the best values around for homeowners in Rochester, St Paul, St Cloud, northern Iowa and western Wisconsin.

With only 24 hours notice, we can be onsite to install WaterGuard, assuming floor grade has been prepared by the masons or general contractor.

WaterGuard drainage track is set on top of the footing and drains directly to our sump basket. Later our Zoeller M-53 sump motor will be installed with your specified plumbing.

Once WaterGuard is set, we cover floor grade with a high-strength, 15mil virgin poly vapor barrier and seal it to the perimeter drainage system.

Now the floor is ready to be poured.

A Solution for Basements Walls
We use CleanSpace®, a durable liner - like a pool liner, for lining the basement wall. The CleanSpace® provides a vapor barrier, drains water behind it and the CleanSpace® is very durable and nearly impossible to rip.

The CleanSpace® Wall System is a 20-mill thick reinforced liner that is installed with permanent drilled-in fasteners. It is a fast, economical way to  stop water vapor from permeating the walls and drains wall leaks down behind it to the perimeter basement waterproofing drainage system (WaterGuard®). The white color really brightens Minnesota basements, reflecting available lighting.
